Our web maintenance team is made up of tested professionals who are able to make the changes you need to your site within a very short time. They know that the success of a site depends, amongst other things, on how you present and package it.

As part of this package Velnet will...

• Update your website with regular site content using customer update submissions.
• Create additional web pages, based on existing design templates.
• FTP new resources into your website.
• Update Vacancies, announcements, change addresses.
• Ensure that all links on your site are up to date and not dead or broken.
• Create and maintain mailing list as well as your newsletter subscription.
• Update the products on your shopping cart (add new products, remove old ones or review their prices).
• Create and maintain your form subscription script pages.
• Monitor your site's search engines performance.

Web design doesn't just end when we hand the package over to you, for people who do not have the time to update or do not feel confident enough to update images via the control panel web design maintenance is essential as Velnet will charge £20 + VAT per hour for one off web maintenance after the 60 day web set up period expires.

Velnet Website Maintenance Options

Option 1: One off web site maintenance.

• Maximum of 1 hour Basic website maintenance.
• This package is for customers who are sure that they don't have to update their site regularly.

£25 + VAT = 1 hour session.

Option 2: Intermediate web site maintenance.

• Maximum of 1.5 hours per month basic web site maintenance over 6 months period.
• This package is suited more for E-commerce customers who are just launching their site.

£180 + VAT = 1.5 hours maintenance per month over a six months period.

Option 3: Premium web site maintenance.

• Maximum of 1.5 hours per month web site maintenance over a full year.
• This package is exclusively for customers who need their content to be dynamic and up to date with their growth.

£270 + VAT = 1.5 hours maintenance per month over a 12 month period.
