Thank you to Velnet for coming to our rescue and helping us get a new online catalogue up and running when our previous one crashed.

Initially the price did cause us to consider if this was really a good move for us (it just seemed too affordable to be true) but we’re pleased we went ahead. The Velnet Sales Team can’t be faulted and their caring support was almost ‘family like’. Once we pointed our domain at their servers, the logistics just clicked into place.

In terms of using the software – well it is easy overall but does have a few quirks to get your head around. Because of this it did require a bit of patience when communicating with the support staff but we cracked it in the end. Our site will evolve, and by using the inbuilt programming tools will give us the product we wished for. So far though customer and supplier feedback has been very positive.
