Hello,

What is quality link means to you, the link which has high PR and related to the niche of your website. It's really no useful to have bunch of links if all of them have no PR value or not related to your site. Quality is more important that quantity in this respect and what I actually do is to concentrate on getting only quality links to my sites.

I will consider:
Compatible Content: When looking at inbound links it is important that the links coming in are from websites that have content that is at least somewhat linked to what your website is about.

Trusted Source : Multiple links from sites that are known to be untrustworthy this is going to drop the integrity of your web site. By getting links from high class websites or sites that are well known you improve the level of trust that users are going to have for your site.

One-Way Links : These links are valued as highly as links that only bring traffic into your website.

Contextual Sources : If your link is included as a part of an article or other document it will have more value than if it merely one of many on a link list.
