If you want to transfer a .UK domain name to us, you will need to ask the current domain name holder company to change the ISP-TAG of the domain name to VELNET. The TAG needs to be exactly this or the domain name cannot be transferred to us. Until the TAG is not changed to VELNET the domain is not transferred to us. The transfer of a .UK domain name is free.
If you want to transfer a .com, .net, .info, .biz, .me domain name you will need to supply us with the authorization code for the domain name and you will need to ask the current domain holder company to unlock the domain name, in case it is locked. The transfer of a domain name of this type costs £15.00 and it is actually the renewal cost for a year as the domain name is renewed for one year upon transfer.
